Yes, I second that. Mental control seems the most effective way of increasing my timing.
Divert your thoughts away temporarily from sexual pleasure and channel it into thoughts of other images, etc. Waterfall works for me.
Also control your breathing and slow down ur heart rate by breathing in deeply and out.
Such practise has allowed me to enjoy at least 40 mins of sex workout as opposed to 5 mins in the past.
