To ensure easy access to cheong areas, dress as per my advice bro. I remember the times I used to cheong at Penang Road, especially at Thye Wan. Will wait at the car park opposite, look around to make sure theres noone familiar nearby. Only then can walk in. Want to drive in also susah. Anyone sees my car there sure wonder why...
