I guess you could write a new thread in an appropriate forum. Can set up some interview questions and then decide whom to take it forward with. If you do decide to meet, have them arrange your choice of venue too (can be so creative with this lol), and if you want can put in a requirement for dinner/lunch.
If you want to be more creative/experimental about the process, you can invite "video introductions" lol. (I do not mean nude videos, just something where a person is introducing himself to you.)
