Does any brothers here familiar wth the myammar rules? I wanted to bring my future wife here to marry,however, i only just realise that myammar people need to apply for a visa to gain entry. Only diplomatic/official/service passport gain exemption of visa, now my question is can my future wife apply for these passport or are they only for high ranking officials and people working for the myammar government? She is currently holding only a social visit passport which is only valid for a year. Brothers who have the answers, pls help me, thanks in advance,sorry to open a new thread as i urgently need the info

SG GOVT. don bother where yr wife is from, as long u got a stead job of income SGD$3.5k above....u can easily make yr wife PR after 3yrs....A normal social visit entry would do, just ask yr wife to go with u for ROM, there will be a mth extention for it....if yr wife hold a degree cert., she will be easily stay here for 6mths to 1yr.....plus will fasten her confirmation stay in SG.

Bro, degree from Myanmar Universities think cannot jalan.....like to add also income best is got CPF contributions.....if self-employed must have higher income to stand better chances

Haha....CPF have 1 lah for $3.5k earner....think that guy also know lah......Myanmar Uni or not, is another advantage to them....see how the TS say lah....

Bro GTO,

same procedure applies for PRC. You can go online to apply for her. But do note, if you have applied for other PRCs before, then likely they will reject your visa application. If your PRC came to Singapore many times before, they will likely grant her a visa for less than a month, and if you do U-Turn for next visit, likely ICA will only extend for 2 weeks the most only.

So may i know what is the procedure of bringing here to S'pore? Do i apply for her an entry permit here? Or at the singapore embassy in myammar? the life span of myammar passport quite short right?

Apply online, go ICA or Embassy in Myanmar also can......think their passport 1 year validity nia nia.....bastard military government what you expect
