tcm license apply through MOH. still subject to ME Act so still can raid and charge according to the Act
many loopholes, that is why tcm, beauty and nails all pop up
best is beauty and nails no uniform needed.

If license given n MLs with work permit n not caught in raid for FJ nothing gov can do abt it ... even caught doing FJ ML oso botaizhi only boss will be fine n may get license banned

a ML shared with me that her area of spa and TCM subjected to checks after news report. Nothing happen to all the ML since no hanky panky during that time. The shop was told to remove curtain/partition according to the ME Act and regulation for TCM, so it close for renovation for some time. Now it is operating per status quo.

But few shop away where only FJ was only offered, the ML/FL inside was hand cuffed and escorted. Hearsay there was actually video evidence. Now the shop is emptied and put up for rent.

Actually tcm shops that offer tuina can have rooms, or curtained off cubicle. Otherwise how to massage a customer, especially ladies? Even the legit MK tuina services are provided inside rooms. But door have a viewing port.

This shop name start with J? Always have some of their ML sit at the walkway corner table. Never tried it because they don't have a good rep.

Corner shop I walk pass have 3-4 ML wearing black T Shirt and only 1 looks ok. Other 3 out of shape MILF and it is curtain joint. The one looks ok is fair, shoulder length hair, tall and slim but looks sibei haolian. So this shop never try at all.

If we are referring to the same shop, I do not think it is a curtain joint but our definition of curtain joint may be different.
